With Josh Allen, James Cook, Greg Rousseau, and others, there are some great pieces that could entice any candidate to go for the Buffalo job. But it might not be the best job for some head coaches, because as ESPN's Ben Solak writes, the Bills aren't interested in any down years. They want to win -- now."The new head coach will enter Buffalo with astronomical expectations, as the outgoing coach made the playoffs seven consecutive times, including the divisional round six straight years," Solak writes.
