- It is pertinent to mention here that for the last two days the Home Minister, Amit Shah was on a visit to Patanjali Yogpeeth where he also had a discussion with Swami Ramdev on a wide range of subjects.
- He lauded the role of Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishan for contributing to the fields of medicine, education, Sanatan life style etc.
- Swami Ramdev said that the Integrated Medicine System will treat 90 per cent to 99 per cent people with Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Panchkarma, Shathkarma, fasting, medicated waters etc.
- He also said that Patanjali is doing research at various AIIMS based in Rishikesh, Delhi, Guwahati, Jammu and Kashmir, Bhopal etc.
- “We are also doing research at 25 big medical institutions in countries like Australia, Europe and America.
