West De Pere became the first FRCC team to knock off De Pere since February 2022, edging its crosstown rival 66–64 on Saturday night. De Pere entered the matchup riding a 66-game winning streak against conference opponents, including the playoffs, but it was the Phantoms who played spoiler in front of a packed home crowd to snap the historic run.
