Now, with the schedule change, it allows for the clubs to have a traditional three game series. First pitch is scheduled for 6:15 p. m., with a firework show taking place following the game. The Royals will look to bounce back after a disappointing 2025 season where they went 82-80 and missed the postseason after having one of the best turnarounds in MLB history in 2024.
