C-M boys open season with home loss to Woodward Academy

The Tigerhawks allowed 46 first-half points and never recovered during a 77-27 home loss to Woodward Academy. Jace Lewis scored nine points and Wyatt Jay and Izaiah Lewis each added six points and six rebounds to lead the Tigerhawks. Camden Cunningham grabbed six rebounds, Weston Boehm had four points and two rebounds in his varsity debut and Gage Byal totaled two rebounds and three assists. Wyatt Thornton corralled three boards, and Royal Collins also made his varsity debut. The Knights (1-0) led 23-8 after one quarter and extended their lead to 46-15 at halftime.
