Chelsea got just one point out of those two games, but McFarlane proved himself an astute figure on the touchline and on the training ground, and he now gets to keep working at this level!Harry Hudson has been promoted from the U18 coaching staff to lead the U21s. Hudson, like McFarlane, had joined Chelsea just last summer.
