Carnell Tate says he'd love to catch passes from former teammate Will Howard

One player whom we would absolutely trade up for is Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate. Tate looks like the next great Ohio State wide receiver in the NFL and has the most complete game of any receiver in the draft. Tate spoke to the media at the NFL Scouting Combine this week, and he had nothing but great things about his former quarterback Will Howard, who just happens to be a quarterback for the Steelers.
