In a statement, The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K has produced a charge sheet against Mohd Hussain Shah residence of Syedapura, Shopian, presently residing at Nunar Kawabagh Ganderbal , a retired employee of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, Ganderbal Division, before the Hon’ble Court of 19-Electricity Magistrate, Jammu. The charge sheet pertains to allegations of unlawfully registering as a migrant along with family members and fraudulently obtaining migrant relief amounting to ₹ 18,30,265, it reads.
