Daboll, fired by New York after a 2-8 start in his fourth season, previously excelled as the Bills' offensive coordinator. Daboll went on to win AP Assistant Coach of the Year. In 2021, the offense ranked first in yards per play, third in points scored, and fifth in total yards. Daboll has previous offensive coordinator stints with the Browns, Dolphins, Chiefs, and at the University of Alabama, where he won a national title in 2017.
