- Stalin on Saturday presented cheques worth ₹23.75 lakh and certificates of appreciation to 13 persons who were selected at the State level for 2024–25 under the Best Designer and Best Weaver categories by the Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles, and Khadi Department, at the Secretariat in Chennai.

- Further, the Chief Minister, through video conference, laid the foundation for 18 new projects at 11 temples under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and for an additional classroom building at a school, being built at a total cost of ₹108.9 crore.
- He also inaugurated 10 completed renovation works in seven temples and six divisional inspector offices, constructed at a cost of ₹15.3 crore.
