Ballard is currently in his ninth season as the Colts' GM. Not including the team's Week 17 matchup with Jacksonville, the Colts have a record of 70-76-1 during that span. Over that nine-year timeframe, the Colts have just two playoff appearances and one playoff win. Their last playoff appearance came in 2020, and their last victory was in 2018. Under Ballard, the Colts have the fifth-longest playoff drought of any team in the NFL. The Colts have also never won a division title with Ballard at the helm.
