Cong alleges BJP betrayed public trust in name of bow protection

Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee president Jeetu Patwari has accused the BJP and the state government of betraying public trust under the guise of cow protection. During a press conference, he claimed that BJP supporters, who present themselves as 'gau rakshaks', are involved in cow slaughter and the meat trade, citing evidence from a local slaughterhouse and alleging a zero percent tax on cow meat as indicative of the BJP's complicity.
