Slay was waived by the Steelers in early December, and the Bills claimed the cornerback off waivers a few spots ahead of the Eagles. The cornerback has been contemplating retirement rather than reporting to Buffalo, and the Bills placed the veteran cornerback on the reserve/did not report list. Rather than sulk about it, Slay has been enjoying time with his family and watching the Eagles' Week 18 loss at a restaurant in Houston last week.
