Published - January 03, 2026 08:13 pm IST - HYDERABAD The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has cleared 1,458 metric tonnes of solid waste and 547 MT of construction debris from across the city, during the ongoing sanitation drive. The special sanitation drive which has reached the sixth day on Saturday, had commenced with the cleaning of foot overbridges on the first day. Later, it was extended to flyovers, roadsides, dividers, central medians, kerb stones, lakes, drains, footpaths, parks, and later to include the construction and demolition waste.
