Last season YME had a 9-18 record, including a 5-11 mark in the Camden Conference. AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementLucas Christoffer enters his third season as head coach of the Sting. His assistant coach for the 2025-26 season is Arei Stokes, who was the YME head volleyball coach in the fall. Star forward Bailey Mortenson highlights the field of Sting returnees. Mortenson, a 5-foot-11 sophomore, was an All-Area Honorable Mention and an All-Camden selection as a freshman after averaging 17.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Mortenson returns as does a strong supporting cast, led by Alana Almich and Bayli Sneller. Almich, a 5-11 senior forward who was an All-Camden Honorable Mention, contributed 11.3 points and 9.5 rebounds per contest.
