Confirming the reopening, SSP Traffic Rural, Farooq Qaisar, urged motorists to exercise utmost caution while travelling on the road, particularly in high-altitude stretches, in view of the prevailing weather and road conditions. He said that vehicular movement on the Mughal Road will be strictly regulated as per the prescribed time schedule, with traffic allowed only between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
