Published - January 08, 2026 08:27 am IST - HYDERABAD The car rammed into a tree | Photo Credit: Special arrangement Four students were killed and one sustained injuries after the car they were travelling in rammed into a tree near Mirzaguda Gate in Chevella in the early hours of Thursday (January 8, 2026). The deceased have been identified as Kargayala Sumith, 20, Sri Nikhil, 20, Balmuri Rohith, 18 and Devala Surya Teja, 20. Sumith, Nikhil and Surya Teja were students of ICFAI Business School (IBS), while Rohith was an engineering student at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT).
