Key Highlights

• CA Sourav Pargal, Chairman, ICAI J&K Branch (NIRC), highlighted the evolving role of Chartered Accountants in governance, public finance, and nation building.
• He underlined ICAI’s commitment towards spreading financial awareness and supporting government institutions through structured training programmes.
