The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) on Monday executed a swift medical evacuation of a 63-year-old female patient from Agatti island, saving her life following a cardiac arrest, the ICG said in a statement. The patient was flown to Kochi in an ICG Dornier aircraft by retrofitting it into a mobile intensive care unit (MICU).
