New Delhi, Mar 2 (UNI) Jitendra Singh, Minister for Science and Technology, on Monday, pushed for structured strategic ties between India and the United States of America to enhance joint capabilities and global competitiveness in the advanced biomanufacturing sector. Advanced biomanufacturing involves using living systems together with advanced technologies to produce products such as medicines, vaccines and green fuels. During a meeting with a US delegation led by Delaware Governor Matt Meyer, the minister said India sees “good potential for deeper engagement” with US states that have strong innovation ecosystems.
