The 2024 NBA Finals MVP has only been a part of winning teams during his 10-year career and was always convinced that he'd thrive as the go-to option on a contender. The self-assured Celtic has proven himself right during the 2025-26 season, but even he's still a little stunned by his squad's winning ways. Following a 125-117 win over the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, Brown said the Celtics' path to success has been more direct than he thought, as he predicted somewhat of a roundabout journey for a team missing multiple starters from last season.
