According to the calendar, the session will commence on February 2 with the Lieutenant Governor’s Address to the House, followed by a multi-day discussion on the Motion of Thanks on the LG’s Address and the government’s reply. A major focus of the session will be financial business, including the presentation of the Annual Financial Statement of Expenditure for 2026–27 and the Supplementary Statement of Expenditure for 2025–26 to be taken on February 6.
