Financial terms of the transaction, which was completed at the end of 2025, were not disclosed. In a statement, Klépierre said: “The mall records an annual footfall of 7.5 million, with a loyalty rate exceeding 90%, a testament to the asset’s unique market position in the catchment area.” The asset forms part of a wider retail and leisure destination in the Apulia region, offering roughly 100,000m² of space.
