Story byLiverpool welcome Conor Bradley injury boost ahead of Leeds United clashSportsViewFri, December 5, 2025 at 8:50 PM UTC·2 min readLiverpool have been handed a massive boost ahead of Saturday’s trip to Elland Road, where they’ll take on relegation-battling Leeds United. The Reds have been boosted by the timely return of right back Conor Bradley, who is back in full training after missing the last four games. AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe Liverpool academy graduate, who is admired by Pep Guardiola, hasn’t featured for the Reds since the 3-0 defeat against Manchester City early last month. He picked up an injury while on international duty with Northern Ireland, but is now in contention to face Leeds after completing training sessions with the rest of the Liverpool squad this week. Head coach Arne Slot delivered the update during his pre-match press conference, confirming that Bradley is expected to rejoin the matchday squad.“I expect him to train today, and then he is available to be in the squad tomorrow,” Slot said. Slot also confirmed that his side came through the 1-1 draw against Sunderland unscathed. Bradley has had his issues, and summer signing Jeremie Frimpong is still recovering from a hamstring problem. Before Gomez returned from his extended injury lay-off, Slot was forced to turn to midfielders Curtis Jones and Dominik Szoboszlai to fill in at right back. Bradley has been an important player for Liverpool this season, making 14 appearances across all competitions. The 22-year-old has struggled for consistency so far, and his recurring injury problems haven’t helped his cause either. However, he remains a key part of Slot’s long-term plans and could mark his return against Leeds on Saturday.
