Key Highlights
- The processional deity of Lord Malayappa, equipped with ‘Panchayudhas’ such as ‘Khadga’, ‘Gada’, ‘Bana’, ‘Sankhu’ and ‘Chakra’, was taken out in a grand procession to the ‘Parvetu mandapam’ situated amid the thick forests, about 3 km from the main temple, where the celestial event was organised.
