- Presiding over a meeting to fix autorickshaw fares at his office on January 24, Dr.
- Kumar said the minimum fare for the first 1.9 km, which was fixed at ₹25 in 2017, has now been increased by ₹5 by the Regional Transport Authority.
- Accordingly, passengers will have to pay ₹30 for the first 1.9 km.
