Pringle is coming off a standout first season, where he rushed for 375 yards and four touchdowns while averaging 6 yards per carry. He also caught four passes for 53 yards out of the backfield, adding another receiving touchdown as well. But it was actually Pringle who led the ‘Canes in yards per attempt and looked primed for a bigger role in 2026. Instead, he’ll enter the portal just two days after Miami fell to Indiana 27-21 in the College Football Playoff national championship game.
