- Narayan succeeds C Narasimhulu Naidu, who is retiring after more than 30 years of service in the operations function at ARE&M.
- With nearly three decades of experience, Narayan brings expertise in large-scale transformation programmes in the automotive and industrial sectors, including greenfield project development, new technology introduction, supply chain systems, quality frameworks and people management.
- Prior to joining ARE&M, he served as CEO and Business Head at Taco Punch Powertrain.
- Welcoming him, Harshavardhana Gourineni, Executive Director of ARE&M, said Narayan’s Industry 4.0 expertise would strengthen the company’s operational excellence agenda and support its “Factories of the Future” initiative.
