Changanassery Archbishop Mar Thomas Tharayil, Archbishop Emeritus Mar Joseph Perumthottam, Thuckalay Bishop Mar George Rajendran Kuttinadar, Auxiliary Bishop of Shamshabad Mar Thomas Padiyath and Vicar General John Thekkakara also participated. Several members of the Laity from the community took out a rally in the city prior to the prayer service and meeting.
