On Tuesday, the NBA acknowledged that it agreed, though the Pacers' win still stands. Mazzulla's two-word refrain was "illegal screen," and in the Last Two Minute Report it released Tuesday on Monday's game, the NBA ruled that Siakam should have been called for an illegal screen on Boston's Derrick White before taking a pass from point guard Andrew Nembhard and taking the go-ahead shot. It was marked as an incorrect no call and the comment on the report said "Siakam is late to establish screening position in White's path and does not give him the time or distance to change direction and avoid the contact during the pick."AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementWhite recovered from the screen and switched on to Siakam, so the un-called illegal screen only created so much of a disadvantage.
