Shimla, March 3 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Directorate of School Education has stated that there would be no immediate change in dress code for teachers, uniform for students, or building colour scheme in CBSE-affiliated government senior secondary schools for the academic session 2026-27. In a communication issued from the Directorate office in Shimla on March 2 department addressed queries received from field offices regarding whether a new dress code for teachers, uniform for students, or colour scheme for school buildings would be notified by the government for the upcoming academic session. The Directorate clarified that uniforms for students and dress codes for teachers already adopted voluntarily by the concerned schools will continue as such.
