Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 16 (UNI) In view of the prevailing security concerns and the possibility of tensions escalating in the region, NORKA Roots has activated a special helpdesk for Keralites residing in Iran, as per the directions of the Chief Minister’s Office. Keralites requiring assistance can contact the NORKA Global Contact Centre helpdesk through the toll-free number or the international missed-call facility. Meanwhile, the Ministry of External Affairs has advised Indian citizens not to travel to Iran until further notice.
