Back in June, there was a disturbing post from Diaz’s ex-girlfriend alleging that the former Strikeforce champion was ‘drugged’ and ‘forcibly taken’ to a rehab facility in Mexico. Diaz’s coaches and team mates quickly denied these claims, and since then, there have been multiple positive updates from Diaz. Now, Diaz has taken another step forward, revealing that he’ll “be home soon” in a video he sent to his strength and conditioning coach, Jose Garcia.“I’m currently focused on my health, and I’ll be home soon,” Diaz said after shouting out some friends and family.
