Pacers' Andrew Nembhard to return; Isaiah Jackson about a week out

Nembhard, the Pacers starting point guard this season, is averaging 17.2 points and 7.0 assists per game, both career highs. Carlisle said Jackson has been cleared from concussion protocol, but he's been out since Dec. 22 so he will need approximately a week to work back into game shape.
