On Monday, at a special and grand programme titled ‘Sashakt Nari, Samriddh Delhi’ at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, President Droupadi Murmu will formally inaugurate the ‘Pink Card’ scheme. On the occasion of the launch, selected eligible women beneficiaries will be formally presented with the Pink NCMC Cards.
