SC rulings on reservation not contradictory

Engineer Sudhir Nayak, president of the Mantralaya Seva Adhikari Karmchari Sangh, addressed the confusion surrounding two recent Supreme Court judgments on reservation, which have been interpreted differently on social media. He clarified that while one ruling allows candidates from reserved categories with equal marks to general candidates to be considered for general seats, the other prohibits those who have used reservation benefits from shifting to general seats, despite their scores.
