School arts festival gold cup gets rousing welcome in Thrissur

Key Highlights

• District Collector Arjun Pandian presided over the function.
• The procession, which started from Chalakudy South Service Road, reached Government Boys Higher Secondary School accompanied by Student Police Cadets, Scouts, and traditional percussion.
• Public representatives, students, teaching and non-teaching staff, officials of the Education department, PTA members, and local residents joined the march, turning it into a vibrant celebration.
• After the day’s procession, the trophy was brought to the Wadakkanchery Sub Treasury.
• The next phase of the district tour will begin on January 13 from the Wadakkanchery Government Boys Higher Secondary School.
