And that brings us to an interesting piece of information regarding Baker and his time with the Buccaneers. He has been with the Buccaneers for three seasons, and entering Year 4, he'll have his fourth different coordinator. In 2023, it was Dave Canales, in 2024, it was Liam Coen, and this past season was Grizzard. Baker hasn't gotten any continuity from the coordinator role.
