Telangana CM’s meeting with Department Secretaries on 99-day action plan on Saturday, conference with Collectors on March 1

Key Highlights

• Revanth Reddy will hold a meeting with Secretaries of various departments on the 99-day action plan - which is aimed at expediting policy execution.
• The meeting on Saturday (February 28,2026) afternoon will be followed by the Chief Minister’s Conference of Collectors from Sunday morning to evening.
• These will be the first conferences to be held after the recent reshuffling of IAS officers across key departments and Collector posts.
• A proposal for the execution of the 99-day action plan from March to June was prepared by officials.
• The Chief Minister would give directions on it and might approve department-wise plans.
