- We’d like to hear from people in England who have been asked to only book a GP appointment via an online formFrom 1 October 2025, GP practices in England have been required to keep their online consultation tool open for the duration of core hours, mostly for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries and admin requests.
- They are still required to arrange appointments in person and over the phone. However, some patients have found that they are being asked to only book appointments via online forms.
