Backup quarterback Davis Mills and cornerback Ajani Carter did not travel with the team when they departed on Sunday afternoon. According to KPRC 2 Sports' Aaron Wilson, Mills, who was out due to personal reasons, is expected to join the team and fly to Pittsburgh independently in advance of Monday's game. Mills and his wife, Tori, welcomed their first child this week by announcing the birth of their son, Maximus Steven Mills, on an Instagram post Saturday afternoon. The Texans could be giving him more time to spend with his family before having to leave for Monday's night's showdown. Mills was critical in the team's 12-5 record.
