Now they return to Reed Arena to face one of the SEC’s most explosive scorers in Josh Hubbard as Mississippi State (10–8, 2–3 SEC) comes to town on Wednesday night. After the win on Saturday, head coach Bucky McMillan mentioned they were a little shorthanded, with Zach Clemence still recovering from an illness, which played a major role in his limited minutes against Texas. As it turns out, he’s still dealing with some lingering effects and remains on the availability report heading into the matchup with the Bulldogs.
