More: Find out who Barstow will face for the state championship“We faced the 0-3, we came back, we practiced, we stopped playing around,” Barstow quarterback Jarvis “JJ” Applewhite said after the victory. “The coaches didn’t let anything slack, and we started playing like a team.”It was an entire team effort on Friday, Dec. 5, for Barstow to defeat Immanuel, which entered the game undefeated through 13 games.
