Excelsior Correspondent HARIDWAR, Jan 15: A three day conference on ‘Health Services and Management Using Smart Techniques’ started here today at Patanjali University. The conference is being organised jointly by Patanjali University, IIT Roorkee, American Institute of Management and Technology, US’s Global Knowledge Foundation, BIS Dehradun and University of Mariland Eastern Shore’s Business Management and Accounts Department.
