The win did two things for the team and fans: it knocked the Lions out of playoff contention, and it allowed Justin Jefferson to break one of Randy Moss' records. Before Week 17, Randy Moss was the record holder for most receiving yards in his first six seasons with 8,375. After Week 17, Jefferson is now the record holder as he enters Week 18 with 8,379.
