Friday is currently day No. 16 of that window. In all nine practices that Carlies has participated in, he has been a full participant. On Friday, Steichen said that Carlies "had a great week of practice." The Colts will decide whether or not he will be active before the game. Last season, Carlies appeared in 10 games and made six starts.
