Women’s T-20 cricket tourney concludes

Key Highlights

• The tournament was organised under the overall supervision of ASP Headquarters Doda, Mohd Aslam, who also acted as the Nodal Officer for the event.
• Senior officers including DySP Headquarters Doda and DySP DAR Doda, officials of the police department and civil administration, civil society members and media representatives were also present.
• Six women teams from across the district participated in the tournament, which was played on a league-cum-knockout basis.
• The final match was contested between Green Champs Doda and Dronacharya Cricket Academy Doda, with Dronacharya Cricket Academy emerging winners.
• The champions were awarded a trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 25,000, while the runners-up received Rs 15,000.
