Published - January 02, 2026 02:54 am IST - Kolkata Nadia’s bomb blast victim, Tamanna Khatun’s mother, attempted to die by suicide on Tuesday (December 30, 2025) night and was rushed to a hospital in Kolkata on Thursday (January 1, 2026) as her condition deteriorated. Family members and neighbours alleged that she took the step due to depression and insecurity over losing her daughter. Sabina Yasmin, the deceased 10-year-old Tamanna’s mother, has been very vocal about seeking justice for her daughter, who was killed in a crude bomb blast on June 23 in Nadia’s Kaliganj.
