Bravo’s reunion host (and the franchise’s executive producer) Andy Cohen pressed Marks throughout — about that infamous airplane ride, her relationship with alcohol and her accusation that cast member Britani Bateman “had supported a bigot.” Left to right: Britani Bateman, Meredith Marks, Lisa Barlow Courtesy of Fred Hayes/Bravo On that last subject, during the reunion’s second episode, after being asked by Cohen whether she’d had a drink before getting on the plane, Marks tried to explain her enmity toward Bateman by bringing up a controversy that viewers hadn’t seen addressed during the season. To summarize the conflagration, which happened before filming Season 6 began, Marks, who is Jewish, had told Bateman to delete a positive review she’d left for a local nail technician who’d been revealed to be an antisemite in an incident that had been covered by the news and was, Marks said, “all over social media.” According to Marks, Bateman had left the review up for a long time — saying “I only saw the one thing, was there more?” — until she finally deleted it, and it caused Marks to be wary of Bateman.
