Ticketmaster Will Re-Sell Canceled Ariana Grande Tickets From ‘Violating’ Sellers to Fans

• In a post on social media, Ticketmaster explained that the company worked with the “Eternal Sunshine” tour in October to cancel a “small portion” of tickets that violated ticket purchase terms.
• At the time, Ticketmaster had emailed fans who purchased those resale tickets to inform them their tickets had been canceled and that, at the tour’s request, they would be invited to participate if any tickets were made available.
